Harry Singer left the family farm in 1967 to attend the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He graduated with a B.S. in 1971 and received his commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Infantry. After military assignments in Europe and the U.S., he entered the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating with his J.D. in 1981.

Attorney Singer began his legal career with various firms in Oklahoma City focusing on estate planning and oil and gas law. He was employed as the advanced markets director in the Oklahoma City regional office of AXA Advisors for several years before returning to private practice. His primary practice areas are estate planning, elder law, planning for clients with special needs and military veterans pension benefits. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Mr. Singer is a VA accredited attorney and represents veterans with pension claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
